But before we proceed, let’s see what FEAR is clearly defined as:
Wikipedia defines fear as an emotion induced by perceived danger or treat, which causes physiological changes and also behavioral varies.
Fear is also define as a condition or state in human whereby you experiences self – restriction in doing what you can do.
A man with fear hardly or don’t even reaches his achievement because he is engulfed and stocked already with fear of failure. He has already captured the negative side of his future instead of positive…even when his mind trying to convinced him that he can.
Of course! Yes, he can. All to do is letting go of the fear of the negative impact.
Don’t let fear already signed you as a failure —adroitchris.
Although some people may tell you some diverse stories with negative influences, refuse to believe in the predictions that doesn’t empower you.
Causes of Fear
🔷Lack of self believe : Even when no one else believed in you, try and believe in yourself. That makes you know truly whom you’re. It doesn’t really matter what they say about you, what matters is what you see, say and believe about yourself. If you believed you matter ..Oh! yes, you’re. But if you believed you matters not…..so you’re.
🔷Negatives Imagination: Don’t imagine negative aspects or things that would influence you in negative ways. Yield an habit of seeing beyond your obstacles.
🔷Wrong Choices: We discover that when we make wrong choice in life , there’s always been a fear of failure. Following the right way, we have nothing to be afraid of because we are already cleared with our conscience.
🔷Irresponsible: A non committed and irresponsible person always have in mind “negative fear” because he is not making change of himself. Put efforts and make a positive impact then fear is gone.

Fears has it positive and also negative effects in human life. ( per say ” to every advantage, there’s a disadvantage).
The only positive side of fear is that: It heightens your senses and awareness ;this implies that it keeps you alert and helps in better preparation.
The negative side of fear is when it holds you back from doing something positive.
✔️ Fear makes one looks inferior: in other word, it makes you feel less important. You start predicting another person of your superior….could you’re overwhelmed by his fear.
✔️ Fear is a product of Failure: Fear to attempt is fear to fail and automatically failed already. “Just do it, attempt it“.
Studies proofs that fear weakens the immune system and also can cause the damage of the heart muscles (cardiovascular) and gastrointestinal problems such as ulcer also decreases fertility, high ageing and premature death.

HOW TO LET GO OF FEAR

For one to let go of fears of whatever, you have to observe the following:
🔷Be Courageous and Self confidence: Speak positive of yourself, give your heart a chance to conceived positively and follow your heart.

🔷Endeavour to do at least one thing everyday. (The thing that always scared you doing): By doing so, you gained the courage over doing and doing it again.

In conclusion, Although fear has it own good influence….we shouldn’t let it withhold us from doing something postitive.
